I have a pork loin roast in the tagine. I rubbed it with coriander, cardamom, cumin, cinnamon, ginger and garlic. I will add boiled cider, sliced apples, onions, potatoes and carrots for the last 45 minutes.
We had taco salad.
We had creamed tuna on some croissants we bought at the farmer's market on Sunday. (Biscuits would have been better, we both agreed.)
My husband cooked boneless pork in a skillet on the stove. I roasted the halves of a Queen squash from our garden, then filled it with cooked farro mixed with ½ tsp. Penzey’s Bavarian seasoning.
We had hamburger steaks with onions and french fries.
I was going to do an eye of round but both of us were feeling a bit off today, so we wound up just having oatmeal. I'll do the eye of round another time, I threw it in the freezer for now.
