We had a sandwich and I made a Blackberry cobbler and a churn of vanilla ice cream.
June 11, 2018 at 9:31 pm #12645Monday’s dinner was Salmon and Couscous. I added 1/8 tsp. of celery seed as well (Mike mentioned doing that, so I thought that I would try it), and I like the flavor, so I will do that in the future.

June 15, 2018 at 7:46 pm #12697We had two cooked boneless pork chops in the refrigerator left over from the four my husband cooked earlier this week. I made a stir fry with red bell pepper, snow peas from the farmers market, the diced pork, a brown rice blend, and sliced green onion. There's enough for tomorrow night as well.

June 16, 2018 at 6:32 pm #12707Our Saturday night dinner was also simple. I mixed the leftover cooked ground turkey from when we made pizza with leftover macaroni and cheese (made with Vermont Cheese Powder). I stirred in cooked peas.
