We had left over roast I added a can of golden mushroom soup for gravy,we had this on top of mashed potatoes and toast.

For Valentine’s Day dinner, I made Tarragon Chicken, Mushrooms, and Rice, which we had with microwaved frozen mixed vegetables.
We have had snow on and off all afternoon, with temperatures around 14F. Our area has a winter storm warning, which means my husband has brought extra wood into the house just in case we lose power.
I had a breaded chicken breast sandwich, roasted sweet potato, broccoli and cranberry sauce.
I made banana pecan waffles from a couple of bananas that were more ripe than I like. I also put in a quarter cup of almond flour and oats. They came out pretty good and I have leftovers for tomorrow.
We're having BBQ Chicken in the pot with BBQ sauce for gravy over rice and green beans and I made fresh rolls.Fixing to eat.
Polish sausage, coleslaw, oven fried potatoes.
Tonight we had spaghetti with meat sauce and mushrooms, with oven cheese toast.
I made a boneless pork chop, noodles and peas, and gravy with mushrooms.
We had leftover soup and pimento cheese sandwiches.
Tonight we had taco salad.
I made split pea soup with ham for Wednesday night’s dinner.
I made a simple pizza.
We had hamburger steaks and fries tonight.
Last week we did pizza night on Saturday, we've still got a few pieces left, so I'm not sure if we'll do pizza this week or just skip a week. (We're almost out of Havarti, anyway.)
