It's getting down to cleaning out the freezer with only 2 weeks left in Fl. So I had a beef tenderloin chain which I cut up and marinated. Then I fried up some onions and the beef, toasted some corn tortilla shells and put the beef in the shells topped with onions and a splash of hot sauce. Yum!
Dinner tonight was chicken thighs and potato slices roasted on the grill, and cole slaw. It reached 80* today, and has been in the upper 70s for several days. But it's still going down into the 40s at night.
We had Reubens, some of which used the new batch of sauerkraut, which is at the 'sampling' stage but not fully fermented yet, it has just a hint of a sour tang to it.
