Squash Pie

INSTRUCTIONS
Spiced Squash Pie:
2 cups cooked mashed squash
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cloves
3 eggs slightly beaten
2/3 cup milk
one 5 1/3 ounce can evaporated milk
one 9 inch pie shell
thoroughly combine squash, sugar, salt and spices. Add eggs, milk and evap milk. Mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake at 400 for 50 minutes or the old knife thing.
