I just watched the PBS News Hour. The final segment is about a mill in England that is grinding grain again to alleviate the flour shortage. I don't know if it is the same mill that I posted about in an earlier thread. The segment certainly shows a lot more about the mill and has comments from bakers.
If you are in a later time zone, try to catch the segment. Otherwise, it will be available later at the PBS News Hour website or on You Tube.
