BREAD, QUICK: Mango Season Bread

Sift together:
2 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Make a well in dry ingredients & add:
1 cup sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
3/4 cup oil (walnut or macadamia nut are nice, & healthy; and I go scant on this much oil)
2 cups diced mangoes
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup raisins (optional; if I use, I use golden)
Grease & flour two 8 x 4.5 inch loaf pans.
Mix ingredients well and put into loaf pans. Let stand for 20 minutes before baking: 350degF for 55 - 60 minutes.
