I missed it, which shows just how often I've had a Caesar salad.

One of my sister-in-laws once ordered a Caesar salad without dressing. The waiter was thoroughly perplexed.

I missed it too. Since I know it has raw egg in it, I avoid it. Not a fan of undercooked/raw eggs.

My wife orders a Caesar salad without dressing, because its romaine not iceberg lettuce or spring mix.
