cut to size ruled silicone cookie mat

Well, I said I was going to order the roll of cut-to-size ruled silicone material, and I did.

It's a bit thinner than I was expecting, I might wind up using it on top of a silpat or put parchment on top of it.

Anyway, it works well for spacing out peanut butter cookies evenly.
