Hi,
I am looking at couches on Amazon and they seem to be under $10 or $20+. The big difference seems to be cotton vs linen. Some also say they are "heavy duty" but I am not certain what that means if it means anything.
They also have used couches but I'm not sure about those. I've had good luck with "renewed" electronics but I'm more concerned about something that will touch my family's food, even if I will bake after.
Thanks
Aaron--Are there any online baking blogs that you trust where the bakers discuss couches??
Mario the Sourdough Guy has a recommendation in this post on his website:
You have to go down the page a ways before he gives the link to the one on Amazon that is his favorite. Unfortunately, he does not say WHY it is his favorite. Perhaps you could ask?
Thanks BA. I saw that one and it is the most expensive. It is also linen.
I'll ask what to look for in a couche. I could also always ask on the BBGA.
