Baker's Easy Chocolate-Caramel Popcorn

INSTRUCTIONS
1 bag 14oz Kaft Caramels
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp water
12 cups air-popped popcorn
1 cup Planters Cocktail Peanuts
4 squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate finely chopped
preheat oven to 300*
microwave caramels, butter,and water in a large bowl on high 2 1/2 to 3 min. or until caramels are melted, stirring after each minute
combine popcorn and peanuts in large bowl. drizzel with the caramel mixture; toss to coat. spread onto greased baking sheet
bake 20 minutes; stirring after 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate; toss until well mixed. spread onto a sheet of waxed paper; cool. break into small cluster. Store tightly covered at room temp. for up to 1 week.
I think covering the popcorn with the chocolate would be easier if you grated the chocolate instead of chopping it.
