Amish Friendship Coffee Cake

A coffee cake made from Amish Friendship starter.
Yield: 12 servings

1 cup Amish Starter
1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 egg
1 medium apple, shredded
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
Combine the first set of ingredients, and mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 9" round pan.

Combine the second set of ingredients into crumbs. Sprinkle over top of cake.

Bake at 350* F for 25-35 minutes.
