The theory behind the wheat planted has been around awhile. Plant different varieties of grain in a field and some of it will survive for a good harvest. The Regenerative Flour is associated with the Bread lab mentioned in the article but its 2 1/2 times the price of regular whole wheat flour.
I wonder thow they get the various strains of wheat to be ready for harvest at the same time.
