      DESCRIPTION
      Shrimp & Crabmeat Au Gratin

      SUMMARY

      INGREDIENTS
      1 medium onion, chopped
      2 green onions, chopped
      1 rib celery, chopped
      1/2 cup butter
      1/4 cup flour
      1 cup half and half
      1/4 cup dry white wine
      1 TBLS fresh parsley
      1 egg, beaten
      1 lb. fresh crabmeat
      1 lb. cooked, peeled shrimp
      2 TBLS grated Romano cheese
      5 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
      1 tspn salt
      1/4 tspn black and red pepper
      1 1/2 tspn lemon juice
      bread crumbs

      INSTRUCTIONS
      Carefully pick through crabmeat for pieces of shell. Saute onion and celery in butter until soft. Stir in flour and add cream slowly to make a smooth sauce. Remove from heat. Add white wine and stir to combine. Add remaining ingredients except breadcrumbs. Blend carefully and put in 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Top with breadcrumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
