Tomato Basil Bread

I found this recipe in More Electric Bread - it is unique. It makes a great BLT and is wonderful toasted.

1-1/8 cup water
3 cups white bread flour
2 Tbsp. dry milk
1-1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1-1/2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp minced garlic
3 tsp. yeast

Add all ingredients to bread maker and prepare on 1-1/2 lb. loaf size.

Leftover makes really good croutons.
