I can almost taste those cookies, Joan, they look perfect.
I made a small pork loin roast yesterday. I'll have more of it tonight but haven't decided what to have with it.
I had a hamburger and chicken veggie soup.
Thanks, all! Yeah, the meatballs came out pretty good.
Tonight I had a meatball sandwich on a freshly baked bun, green beans and carrots.
Thank you, Joan!
Glad you enjoyed yourself, Chocomouse. But you know, when you combine chocolate with oats, it becomes a Super Food!
I'm making a batch of rye/wheat/semolina buns this afternoon.
I like that. I wish I knew what went on in my yard at night. My neighbor told me yesterday that he found a rabbit in his yard minus its ears. I've never heard of an animal taking the ears and leaving the rest of it. I know we have racoons, opossum, coyotes and fox. And I've seen hawks chase the rabbits in my yard; when you see their wingspan up close it's impressive.
Last night I made meatballs, a pound of ground beef, 1/3 cup of panko bread crumbs with an equal amount of milk, a sprinkle of garlic powder, a few shakes of oregano, a generous dose of dried parsley, an egg and a shake of A1 sauce. I portioned it into 12 balls of 50 grams each. I sauteed some onion and green peppers and then added jarred pasta sauce to it. I browned the meatballs in a skillet and then finished them in the sauce.
I have enough left for the next couple of days.
I had a hamburger on a freshly bake bun and some brussels sprouts.
I'm in agreement that oats in cookies make them healthy! What better way is there for eating oats?
110 muffins would keep me going for a few weeks, I think!
I made a batch of burger/sandwich buns yesterday.
I made a pork chop, mashed potatoes and broccoli.
I made pizza and a side of broccoli.
I made a pork chop, pasta and green beans.
For Easter I made a small ham, noodles, sugar snap peas and carrots.
I portioned the leftover ham and froze it.
Tonight I'm making a roasted pork tenderloin.
