Three Bean Salad
1 303 size can cut green beans
1 303 size can red kidney beans
1 303 size can yellow wax beans
1/2 cup minced onion
1/2 cup minced green/red pepper
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Make salad the day before using.
Drain beans, place in a large glass bowl. Add onion and peppers. Mix oil and vinegar with sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over bean mixture. Toss well. Refrigerate covered until served. Keeps well for several days in refrigerator.
