Sourdough Apple Cider Bread

INSTRUCTIONS
3 cups apple cider warmed
1 Tablespoon yeast in that, let proof
3 cups of that very active sourdough starter
2 Tablespoons shortening, a teaspoon salt
about 7-8 cups of flour
I assume that everyone knows how to make bread. The rise is alittle slow at first but the oven spring is to die for. Make sure its good and done with a solid thunk on the bottom. Tends to bake slow in the middle
