Rhubarb Crisp
1 1/2 cups oats
1 1/2 cups flour
2/3 cup butter or oleo
1/2 tsp salt
Crumb together; set aside 1 1/2 cups of this mixture. Put remaining crumb mixture in bottom of 9 x 13" pan.
Add 5 cups cut-up/diced rhubarb. Sprinkle 1 small pkg. cherry Jell-O over rhubarb and cover with small marshmallows. Cook together 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1 1/2 cups water & 3 Tbsp. cornstarch until thick and pour over the above and sprinkle with the crumb mixture saved above on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350F degrees.
