      Creamy fudge
      Source: My mother's recipe

Prior to making fudge, set aside:
      1 cup peanut butter
      1 cup marshmallow [fluff]
      1 tsp vanilla extract

Grease 8 inch square pan with butter.

      In medium saucepan, combine:
      2 cups sugar
      2 Tbsp butter
      ½ cup milk
      Dash of salt

In medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, milk, and salt and bring to rapid boil then turn heat down to slow boil for 3 minutes while stirring occasionally.

      Stir in marshmallow and vanilla.

Add peanut butter and stir or whisk rapidly until well mixed.

Pour fudge immediately into prepared pan as the fudge sets almost instantly.

The marshmallow ingredient , is that cream or regular marshmallows? Sounds like a great recipe and I don't want to mess it up by using the wrong ingredient.

I use marshmallow fluff but have also used mini marshmallows as substitute.
