      Hot Fudge Sauce

      1/2 c water
      1/2 c sugar
      3 Tsp. cocoa
      dash salt
      1 1/2 Tsp. cornstarch
      2 Tsp. butter
      1 tsp. vanilla

      Combine water, sugar, cocoa, salt, and cornstarch in glass 2 cup measure. Place in microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring 2-3 times with a fork during cooking process. Then, add butter and cook another minute. Lastly, add vanilla and stir until smooth. If it's too thick for you, you may add some hot water. Very easy and yummy on top of ice cream, pound cake, fruit, etc.
