I read the menu for a Christmas Dinner that Gourmet Magazine had developed that was "lost" when Gourmet ceased publication before that issue:

The Epicurious story details how to pull it off. I was exhausted just reading the article, and most of the menu does not appeal to me. However, I did print the sesame breadstick recipe. That one I could do and would enjoy eating.
I thought my timetable for Christmas dinner was complicated, but after reading that article, I need a nap.
Jeffrey Hamelman suggests making breadsticks with the semolina dough I made the other day, I may have to try that some time.
