Galen's cold strawberry soup

1 quart hulled strawberries, halved
1 cup whipping cream (don't whip)
1cup orange juice
5 TBSP superfine sugar or to taste
1/4 cup dark concord grape juice
3 TBSP Chambord
3/4 tsp. lemon rind
lemon juice to taste
strawberries and mint sprigs to garnish
Put first 5 ingredients into blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into a large non-aluminum bowl. Stir in liqueur, lemon rind, and lemon juice. Refrigerate until very cold. Serve garnished with strawberries and mint
