My cousins niece is going to be on The Food Network cookie challenge Thanksgiving night. She has a bakery in our small town of Quitman,Ga. My home county. I wish her luck and if you get to see her name is Bricookiecreations.
Clearly, baking talent runs in your family, Joan! I don't have cable so cannot watch, but I hope she does well!
It looks like there are 3 episodes of this show airing on Thanksgiving:
8 PM CT Christmas Feast
9 PM CT Christmas Then and Now
10PM CT Christmas Behind The Scenes
Do you know which one she's in?
A local baker was in a donut challenge episode on Food Network, the mystery ingredient in the first round was tobacco--ugh! I think she got eliminated in the first round. (Her donut shop didn't survive the Pandemic, either.) She couldn't tell ANYBODY how she did until after the show aired, several months after it was filmed.
From the post it says 9 PM, from what I've heard about this she was there filming this before also Mike.
That's so cool, Joan! I'm sorry to say I missed it.
I'm sure it'll be repeated on the Food Network.
She lost but did a great job.
So much of the judging is subjective. She is a winner just for competing!
BakerAunt absolutely!
So cool. I'm going to try and go back and find it.
