DESCRIPTION
Chocolate Spritz

SUMMARY

INSTRUCTIONS
These are buttery, tender, and not too sweet.

3 punces semisweet choccolate
2 sticks butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
2 1/2 cups sifted flour

Melt the chocolate in the microwave; cool slightly.

Cream the butter. Add sugar, salt, and vanilla and beat well.
Add egg yolks and beat to mix. Then add chocolate and finally, on low speed, add flour, beating only to mix.

Place dough in cookie press. Press onto parchment-lined cookie sheets 1/2 to 1 inch apart.

Bake at 400 degrees for ~7 minutes.
