CAKES: Blueberry Tea Cake
Got this recipe 23 years ago from someone I worked with. I make it every blueberry season!
2 cups AP flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
2 - 3 cups blueberries
Cream butter & sugar, add milk & egg. Mix dry ingredients together and add to butter mixture until well mixed. Fold in blueberries. Mixture will be VERY stiff. Put into greased 10" pie pan.
TOPPING

1/2 cup sugar
6 tbsp. flour
1/4 cup butter
1 tbsp. cinnamon
Mix all together until crumbly and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until done.
