      Blueberry Crisp

      3 - 4 cups fresh blueberries
      1 tbsp. lemon juice
      1/2 cup brown sugar
      1/3 cup AP flour
      1/3 cup rolled oats
      4 - 5 tbsp. butter
      1 tsp ground cinnamon

      Place berries in a 2-quart square baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, oats and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle mixture over the berries.

      Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 minutes or until topping is brown and berries are tender. Serve warm with cream, ice cream, or plain.

      Serves 4.
