A dessert fit for a Queen

Amateur bakers in the UK have been competing to produce a dessert for Queen Elizabeth II's Jubilee celebration this summer.

Here are several of the finalists, along with the winning dessert, the trifle at the right. All of the finalists look pretty good to me.
