Celery is not my favorite vegetable but I do like it diced in potato salad and soups. I never liked it filled with cream cheese or peanut butter because celery is most times stringy. I saw online one day a woman 'stringing' celery. Have you ever done this or heard of it? Of course, I have no celery here here to try it.
