Mike Nolan.I hope everyone is having a happy Christmas.
We have inducted our granddaughter into the society of trifleologists.
She helped assemble this year's Christmas trifle and decorated the top in a rainbow of fruits.
Instead of ladyfingers our son made an almond cookie for the sides.

That trifle is beautiful!One question did you dip the bananas in lemon juice so they didn't turn brown?
The ones inside the trifle don't really brown, the ones on the top might, but we generally don't bother with the lemon juice.
