Might do some kind of stir fry for supper, I've got some sirloin meat to use up.

I may also do another batch of tomato relish today, and if I'm really ambitious I might make potato-leek soup.

I'll be having a (pork) tostada for lunch, with a small salad. For dinner, tacos with left over mashed potato, green beans and cauliflower. Easy meals since the pork is already cooked.

We had BLT's for supper, tomatoes from the garden and the semolina bread I made last night.

I made chicken salad from the rotisserie chicken I got yesterday. I sautéed shredded zucchini for my vegetable

We had chicken salad sandwiches and quinoa salad again, but now the chicken salad is gone, so I will be cooking again tomorrow. I used the break to finish my current cross stitch project.

                          That looks delicious, Joan.

Tonight, I made a burger and had it with cauliflower and green beans.

I've been shopping today so it was a sandwich with chips, thanks Len.

The first full day of fall is a cool one, high of about 74 dropping into the mid-50's overnight, so I made potato leek soup with semolina croutons for supper.

A big high on the carbs (especially the croutons), but so good.

For dinner on Tuesday, I made salmon with pecan maple coating. I also made our favorite Green Beans, Cherry Tomato, and Feta salad. Our weather was muggy earlier in the day, with temperatures in the low 80s, but rain came in the afternoon. It is cooling down, and I am contemplating making soup for dinner tomorrow.

Same as yesterday, a burger and cauliflower and green beans.

I'm out of cauliflower and green beans now, so something different tomorrow.
