No plans yet, might have enough tomatoes for a final batch of sauce. We have a forecasted low of 33 for tonight and 30 for Wednesday night, either might finish off the tomatoes.

I am making yogurt this Sunday afternoon.

I am also making turkey broth. I had the bones from one turkey in the freezer, which I combined with the bones from the turkey we had at the family reunion. No one else wants them, so I brought them back to add to ours.

We're having the rest of the pizza from Friday. (I cut it in 6 pieces rather than 8, so we had 1 piece each Friday evening, again for lunch on Saturday and now for supper tonight.)

I spent most of the day processing a 5 gallon pail of green and red peppers from the garden. So for dinner I pulled a package of leftover lasagna and some dinner rolls from the freezer and made a green salad.

For Sunday night dinner, my husband pan-cooked some boneless pork. I roasted some potato chunks tossed in olive oil. We also microwaved what we think are the last of the green beans, but who knows?

I had to clean my truck up today and was pooped so it was easy hotdogs and slaw and beans for me.

We're having tomato soup and fried cheese sandwiches for supper tonight.

I picked about another 10 pounds of tomatoes today, likely the last picking of the season if we get the 29 degrees currently forecasted for Tuesday night. So I'll be putting a final batch of tomato sauce together this evening.

We are back on our winter schedule of being closed Sundays and Mondays - we all love having two days off in a row.

So today I made a Thai farro salad with fresh veggies and a peanut sauce and Will grilled more chicken tenders. We have dinner for a few more nights

We found a whole chicken, marked down for quick sale, at the grocery, so on Tuesday we had roast chicken for dinner. I cooked basil pasta noodles in some of the turkey broth I made on Sunday, then added it to mushrooms sauteed in avocado oil with a bit of evaporated milk. Microwaved fresh broccoli completed the meal. I wanted a substantial meal because my husband has an in-office oral surgery tomorrow, which as such procedures go, should not be too bad. He has to fast after midnight.

We have leftovers, and like Joan and CWCdesign, I rejoice!

We had spaghetti squash with some of my tomato sauce to which I added mushrooms and ground beef, plus 2 slices of oven cheese toast, one each of the Brownberry keto bread (from Costco) and the L'Oven Fresh keto bread (from Aldi), and decided we definitely like the L'Oven Fresh bread better, at least for anything toasted. (Both make acceptable sandwich breads.)

I went to a local orchard and picked over 30 pounds of Winesap apples today, so I'll be experimenting with more keto-friendly versions of several recipes, including a keto(ish) apple pie filling and pie crust.

Today I had rotisserie chicken and coleslaw.
