INSTRUCTIONS
First, fill liberally with a good quality cabernet sauvignon, Californian will do. Then stuff until full with a carpet bag steak and a green salad, followed by Crepes Suzette. If any little corners are left unfilled, try forcing some vintage port in to make the whole dish mellow.
When complete, lay in front of a good log fire and leave to bake slowly until done.
