Lemon Daiquiri

3 lg. chilled lemons
1 cup sugar
2 tbls. rum
1/4 c. corn syrup
2 1/2 c. cold water
Grate zest from 1 lemon and set the zest aside. Juice the lemons. Juice your 3 lemons, save the pulp. Stir sugar, water, corn syrup and rum in a bowl until sugar dissolves. Stir in the zest and lemon juice. Place in ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's instructions.
