Apple butter looks very good.Haven't had any in a long time was a staple in our home growing up.

Today I made another pumpkin pie with the rest of the puree I had made up in the fridge.Crusts look good and the pie looks good.I'll try it tomorrow.
I had the leftover Chinese food and I made some refrigerator pickles.I have cut out most sugar for me so I used 24 packs Splenda= 1 cup of sugar.I was surprised they taste as good as when I made them before with sugar.Win win for me.
I've been running around all day visiting friends and with my sister in law so we had a big lunch at a local Chinese place,really good and I had enough for tomorrow.

I baked three pumpkin pies today 2 were for my sister in law to take to Church tomorrow and I'm taking the other one to my best friends tomorrow.They all turned out looking good.Now I still have a small amount of filling left I need to make more pie crust or just bake it in a pie plate or custard cups.

Tonight I had a repeat of BBQ sandwich and Caesar salad.I have pumpkin pie filling made up in the fridge to bake in the morning.

Just yogurt for me tonight.I went thrifting with my friend and we had a big breakfast for lunch.I found 2 pull over tops and a pair of hey Dude shoes like new all for $25.00.
I had a BBQ pork sandwich and stewed squash.
No cooking for me tonight I'm having a big Caesar salad.
I had 2 hot dogs and pumpkin pie earlier.
I also baked 2 more pie pumpkins and have them ground in the processor and now in the fridge.
