I forgot to post Saturday I made a cheesecake from Sugar Spun Run and it's good, but I think too much butter in the crust.It leaked out I think I could have used half the butter .

I had a baking day one coconut pie ,Georgia Cornbread cake and a new recipe I found in my mother's recipe box for a coffee cake..I'm going to Jacksonville ,Fla. in the morning for a reunion on my husbands side.I will be taking coconut pie and corn bread cake. The corn bread cake is like eating pecan pie in a bar form like a brownie.,very good and easy.
