I had a chuck steak and a baked, sweet potato with butter and honey, and cinnamon delicious.
We had tomato and salami sandwiches tonight.
I don't know whether to call them tacos or quesadillas, but I cooked some sweet pepper, onion and ground beef, seasoned with taco seasoning and put it on flour tortillas with Mexican style cheese. Had it with brussels sprouts and boiled potatoes.
Len your supper looks great...my kind of eating!
I had salami and tomato sandwich with chips and pickles.
Thanks, Joan. Tonight's dinner is more of the same except I roasted the potatoes and had a salad with it.
More of a quesadilla, I think.
We had salads again, needed a quick dinner because we had theatre tickets tonight to see Back To the Future - The Musical. Fun show.
I had sauteed chicken chunks with squash, onions and mushrooms with sourdough bread and butter.
Friday is pizza night again.
We had apples and breakfast sausages seasoned with maple sugar and cinnamon and baked, with cole slaw and maple corn bread.
^^^^^^^^
All those dinners sound delicious!
I had quesadillas again, this time with rice, green beans and carrot.
We returned today from my husband's cousins' reunion. I pulled out frozen salmon patties and buns from the freezer, which we had this evening with some carrots and some of the sourdough cheese crackers, as well as pumpkin bread from the freezer.
Leftovers from yesterday's supper of sautéed chicken squash and mushrooms and onions.
We had some of the leftover pizza for lunch, so we had hot dogs for supper.
We had some leftover turkey from the family reunion, so Saturday night's dinner was a stir-fry with farro, green onion, celery, yellow bell pepper, mushrooms, and kale. We have enough for another dinner.
