I had steak and baked potato with peppers and onions.
We had more of the soup with cornbread tonight.
We had the last of the potato-leek soup tonight, and I had a salad as well
We had more leftover soup on Friday, but we had it with Scottish Scones (half barley) that I baked today.
We had spaghetti squash from the garden with some of my tomato sauce, also from this year's garden, with mushrooms and ground beef added, plus one slice each of oven cheese toast on keto-friendly bread.
Yesterday and today, I had the same thing. Tostada and chicken veg soup.
Dinner last night was salmon, plus butternut squash and baked cauliflower from the garden. The night before we had spaghetti squash with tomato sauce, peppers, and onions, also from the garden. Using home grown veggies saves a lot of money at the grocery store! However, I'm not about to get some chickens just because the cost of eggs is still up around $4.79 for a dozen large white. My plans for today include planting, in the sunroom, more lettuce and spinach, and an assortment of herbs.
Len your supper last night looks good.Last night and today I had rotisserie chicken with pickles and sauerkraut.
Smoked pork chops for supper again here.
We did not have quite enough soup for dinner on Saturday, so I cooked more red lentils in broth from the freezer and mixed them in, which worked for dinner, with enough soup left for me to have for lunch tomorrow.
