      Stuffing Bread

      DESCRIPTION
The perfect 'Sandwich' Loaf for that after Thanksgiving turkey!

      SUMMARY
Yield 1 Loaf File under Sandwich, stuffing, Thanksgiving, turkey, yeast bread

      INGREDIENTS
      1 cup water
      1 whole egg
      3 tablespoons butter
      1/3 cup diced onion
      2-1/4 teaspoons sugar
      2-1/2 cups bread flour
      2/3 cup cornmeal
      3/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
      1 teaspoon celery seed
      1 teaspoon rubbed sage
      1/3 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
      1/2 teaspoon salt
      1-1/2 teaspoons yeast

      INSTRUCTIONS
Put everything in the bucket of the bread machine in the order directed by the manufacturer. Select the light crust setting and press start.

Alternatively, use the dough cycle and after cycle is finished put bread in large loaf pan, allow to rise and bake at 375 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until internal temp reaches 190-210 degrees F.

      These are my adjustments:

Instead of the raw onions I used 1/4 cup Penzy's dried sliced onions.
I added 1 T Penzy's dried parsley and 1 T Penzy's dried celery and omitted the celery seed. I used 2 tsp yeast. I added about 1/4 cup more water to create a slack dough then processed in the bread machine on the dough cycle and finished in a large bread pan.

I made your bread on Friday and thought it was really good. I liked in on both hot and cold turkey sandwiches. The flavor was great and not overpowering, but what I thought was the best was the Thanksgiving aroma got every time you took a bite. I will make before Thanksgiving next year. Thanks
