DESCRIPTION
Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Spread

INSTRUCTIONS
3# cream cheese
1 cup chopped scallions
1/8 Pick a Peppa (kinda like wochester sauce, kinda)
Dash or two of hot oil
a couple of good grinds of pepper
1 t. cayenne
Dash or so of cumin
1 t. chili powder
a clove or so of minced garlic
Sometimes I add paprika (sweet not hot)
1/4 to 1/2 pound GOOD smoked salmon
mix all and serve with crackers and stand back for the applause.
