I was able to find low-fat "Impossible" meat at the grocery today. I am making Sloppy Joes for the first night of my husband's cousins' reunion, and my husband's brother is vegan. Although the original assignment was to make the dinner with the vegan meat, the cost would be more than ground beef, so I will make a big pot of the regular Sloppy Joes and a small pot of the vegan one. Has anyone ever worked with the Impossible Meat products, and if so, is there anything I need to know about seasoning that I should perhaps do differently?
