Fresh Apple Cake

Instructions
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. chopped, peeled apples
Mix together the first four ingredients. Combine flour, soda, and salt. Add to mixture. Fold in pecans and apples. Pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let cool in pan for about 10 minutes. Remove and spoon glaze over warm cake.
1 c. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 1.2 tsp. lemon juice
In a small bowl, combine all glaze igredients. Spoon over warm cake.
