Quick Crab Meat Au Gratin

INGREDIENTS
3 TBLS butter
3 TBLS flour
3/4 cup half and half
1 lb crab meat (dry pouches can be used)
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese
Seafood seasons may be added.
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter and stir in flour. Slowly add half and half and stir until thickened. Add crab. Place in 4 small casserole dishes and top each with 1/4 cup cheese. Bake 20 minutes on 350 degrees. Or use a 1 1/2 quart size baking dish. Top with cheese and bake approximately 30 minutes.
