      INGREDIENTS
      Hope I'm not too late. the cheese filling I use is from Southern Living:

      2 (8-oz) pkgs. cream cheese
      3/4 cup sugar
      1 egg, beaten
      2 tsp. vanilla
      1/8 tsp. salt

      Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and beat at high speed until well blended............from lsb
