Carole Walter's Cinnamon Filling

3 tablespoons granulated white sugar
3 tablespoons dark brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons Lyle's Golden Syrup
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
Mix together and spread evenly over dough.
