      I saw this recipe on the internet today for a Cannoli Pound Cake:

      Italian Cannoli Pound Cake

      I will have to try it as soon as I can assemble enough people to help me eat it! Or maybe it would work in the King Arthur mini-loaf pan.

        Sounds interesting. It isn't what comes to mind when I read the word 'cannoli' though.
