      Broiled Mushrooms

      This appetizer is a favorite with my husband. It's easy to make with just a few ingredients. Cheryl

      1 pkg mushrooms, cleaned and stems pulled out
      1 pound hot and spicy sausage, browned and drained
      Small amount of grated cheddar cheese

      Mix cheese and browned sausage together. Place in mushroom caps and place them on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Broil for a few minutes in oven. Serve hot.
