Sausage & Grits Casserole

INGREDIENTS
2 cups cooked Grits
1 lb bulk package mild or hot Pork Sausage
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 large Egg
1 TBLS butter
2 TBLS Chili Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Brown sausage, stirring with fork to crumble. Drain well and set aside. Combine cooked grits and butter in a large mixing bowl; add sausage, cheese, egg and chili sauce. Mix well. Place in 2-quart baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Delicious served with sauteed apple rings!
