Bacon-Horseradish Dip
Submitted by cwalde on May 31, 2005 at 1:00 pmThis is my absolute favorite dip! I like to add a bit more garlic salt to taste though. Hope you enjoy!
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
2 T prepared horseradish
1 c sour cream
3 t finely cut chives
8 strips bacon, cooked crisp
dash of garlic salt or more to taste
dash of red pepperSoften cheese at room temperature. Blend with horseradish, sour cream, and chives. Crumble bacon; add half to mixture. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Sprinkle remaining bacon over top of dip.
