Oh, chocomouse I'm sorry I won't see you this year at the festival. My little dog had back surgery Tuesday night because he didn't have use of his back legs after a fall. Had to drive 1.5 hours from my house to a neurologist. Shorty came home late afternoon Wednesday. I have to use a back leg harness to lift his legs when I take him outside. 8 week recovery and they said he won't be able to walk for at least 2 weeks but miraculously he started walking yesterday! His back legs are a little wonky but he's doing it. I have to give his back legs pt 3 to 4 times a day. He has to be confined to a 4 x 4 area and needs to rest.
