No plans here yet, the heat spell seems to have broken, though, it was in the lower 60's this morning, and the high for the next several days is in the mid 70's.
I bought roasted chicken from the grocery store yesterday and made mashed potatoes and green beans.
Tonight will be leftover chicken and potato and sugar snap peas.
For Sunday dinner, I roasted salmon coated with pecan meal, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and a bit of Panko. I also roasted potato chunks tossed in olive oil in the smaller oven. We had it with more of the green bean salad.
